What are your in-store hours?

Our current hours are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

How long until my device is fixed?

Most repairs are finished the same day and should be ready for pickup the following morning. In the case that we have to special order a part, it typically takes between 3 and 5 business days for the part to arrive, upon arrival we are typically able to complete the repair on the same day.

Do you service printers?

We provide services to connect printers to your devices and network, but we do not repair them.

Do you fix phone screens?

No, we do not fix phone screens. We can help with software problems, but we do not replace parts on broken phones.

Do I need an appointment?

For in-store repairs, you do not need an appointment. You do however need an appointment for on-site work.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment. Credit, Debit, Cash, Check, Apple and Google Pay, as well as Venmo. We do not accept Crypto Currency payments at this time.

What is your hourly rate?

For in-store repairs we charge $70 an hour; for business and remote work, it depends on the type of work and number of hours you are requesting. A more detailed chart can be found on our services page.

Do you recycle computers?

Yes, we do! You can drop your old devices off and we will make sure they end up being recycled rather than ending up in a landfill.
